Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you can return sealed, unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What can be returned

  • Sealed, unopened products in their original packaging, returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned or refunded, as supplements cannot be resold once opened.
  • If your order included a free promotional item, it must be returned together with the paid items, or its value will be deducted from the refund.

How to return

  1. Email info@kaitamin.com with your order number and the product you want to return. We will confirm your return within 2 business days.
  2. Ship the product to our fulfilment partner:

  3. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the credit.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, email info@kaitamin.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full at our cost. You do not need to send anything back unless we ask.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same return terms. You can skip or cancel future deliveries at any time from your account.

Not covered

  • Gift cards.
  • Products bought on Amazon or from other retailers. Those purchases follow the seller's own return policy.
