Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every bottle. If you try a Kaitamin product and it is not right for you, email us within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund it in full.

You do not need to send anything back. Supplements cannot be resold once they have left us, whether the seal is broken or not, so please keep the bottle or pass it on to someone who can use it. This applies to sealed bottles as well. There is nothing to ship and nothing for you to pay.

The guarantee covers one bottle of a product, and one guarantee claim per customer. Multi-bottle, bundle and bulk orders are not covered by the guarantee, although the damaged or wrong item terms below still apply to them in full.

Email info@kaitamin.com with your order number. No forms, and you do not need to explain why. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few days more to post it.

Subscription orders are covered on the same terms. You can change or cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your order confirmation email.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email info@kaitamin.com straight away and include a photo. We will replace it or refund it, and this is not limited to 30 days or to one claim.

What is not covered

Gift cards. Bottles bought from a seller other than Kaitamin, because we can only refund orders placed on kaitamin.com, so if you bought elsewhere please claim through that seller. Repeat claims beyond the one covered guarantee claim. Multi-bottle, bundle and bulk orders, as set out above. We may also decline a claim where there is evidence that this guarantee is being misused.

Orders shipped into the European Union

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without giving a justification. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right is in addition to the guarantee above, not instead of it.
