Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on every US order. There is no minimum and no shipping charge added at checkout.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible through trusted fulfilment partners, so your product is stored under proper conditions and delivered safely.

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the carrier. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Delivery can take longer over holidays and peak periods.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return sealed, unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Opened or partly used bottles can’t be returned, because supplements can’t be resold once opened.
  • Email info@kaitamin.com with your order number first. We confirm within 2 business days and send you the return address.
  • Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
  • Free promotional items (such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free) must be returned with the paid items, or their value is deducted from the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email info@kaitamin.com straight away and include a photo. We will replace it or refund it, and this is not limited to 30 days.

Refunds

We will email you once your refund is approved. Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few days more to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, email info@kaitamin.com and we will chase it.

What is not covered

  • Gift cards.
  • Bottles bought from a seller other than Kaitamin. We can only refund orders placed on kaitamin.com — if you bought elsewhere, please claim through that seller.

Orders shipped into the European Union

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without giving a justification. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right is in addition to the returns terms above, not instead of them.
