Tastes great! Vegan! But not a great "bang for your buck" value.
These creatine gummies are a mixed bag for me. Thereβs a lot to like, but there are also a few downsides that make them hard to justify at the current price. On the positive side, they taste good and have a nice texture. The flavor is clearly βblue raspberry,β and itβs sweet without being overpowering. The texture is a chewy, jelly-style gummy. They're softer than a gummy bear, but with more chew, like a gummy vitamin. Thereβs also a light sugar-crystal style coating that adds a tiny bit of crunch, even though the gummies are sugar-free.I also really appreciate that these are vegan, which makes them a great option for anyone avoiding gelatin! The biggest drawback is the serving size. While the bottle says 120 gummies (which sounds like a lot), itβs only a 30-day supply because you need FOUR gummies to get a full 5g serving of creatine. Iβm not a fan of supplements that require a lot of gummies or tablets per serving, especially when the packaging makes it look like youβre getting way more than you are.I also have to mention the appearance. The powder-blue color looks very artificial and honestly isnβt very appetizing, even though the taste is fine. Each gummy is also quite large, about the size of your thumbnail and nearly just as thick. That's a lot to chew through! Finally, the price feels high for what youβre getting. Creatine is usually one of the most affordable supplements, and for less money, you can often get a much larger supply in powder form, especially if you donβt mind mixing it into a smoothie or drink.Overall, these are a good option if you specifically want a sugar-free, vegan creatine gummy and you care about taste and convenience. But if youβre looking for the best bang for your buck, there are definitely better alternatives.
